Looking for something for your Little to do during summer vacation? Below are several opportunities to keep Little Brothers and Little Sisters active, entertained and safe.

Urban Ecology Center
Nature Day Camps

Only $25 for Littles who qualify!

The Urban Ecology Center is offering scholarships for their summer nature camps to any child who qualifies for federal free or reduced lunch. The cost is only $25 for a week of day camp, a savings of up to $205!

Some of the camps are already full, but many still have space for kids attending on scholarship. Transportation is not provided.

Olympic Lanes summer bowling pass

Need-based scholarships available

Milwaukee Playgrounds, Cool Spots and Wading Pools
Supervised activities Monday-Friday

Milwaukee has more than 35 locations that offer free, supervised activities for children, including arts and crafts, basketball, softball, kickball and field trips. Lunch is provided at many locations. "Cool Spots" give kids a chance to cool off when the temperature is 85 degrees or hotter.

Free Summer Meals
for Milwaukee and Waukesha youth

Children 18 and younger can receive free meals every weekday this summer at safe, supervised locations throughout Milwaukee. No paperwork required -- all children are welcome. Call 2-1-1 or 866-211-3380 for the nearest location.

In Waukesha, La Casa de Esperanza and the Salvation Army also offer free weekday summer meals for children 18 and younger.
