It's that time of year again, and
two of our busiest wine weekends of
the year are upon us in a matter of
weeks! More and more we are finding
that the Fall Release weekend in
early November brings wine
enthusiasts to town to see what our
local winemakers have been up to.
And, of course the ever popular
Holiday Barrel tasting weekend
offers a peek at what's to come.
We would be happy to help you
create a
memorable experience for your guests
with some
fantastic foods from Salumiere
Cesario.
We hope for this note to let

couple of
ways we can work with you to help
make these two very popular and
busy weekends a success!

A quick and easy way to provide a
little nosh for your
guests to eat right there at your
winery or take with
them on their weekend wine tour.
A lunch
box includes:
- One Demi Sourdough Baguette from
La Brea
Bakery
- Approximately 20 slices of our
finest handcrafted
salumi
- A portion of exquisite artisanal
cheese
- Accompaniment Dujour such as
Dried Fruit & Nut
Mix, Hummus or Tapenade
- Napkins and Utinsels
We place each of the above
ingredients into a recyclable
cardboard box lined with
tissue and sealed with our logo
sticker. And, if
desired, we can insert a
personalized holiday or
marketing message from
your winery!

We can prepare a fine selection of
artisanal cheeses
and handcrafted meats, as well as
freshly baked
bread or crackers, plus tasty
accompaniments like
tapenade and hummus to serve at your
winery. We
also have an incredible selection of
olives, oils,
vinegars, crackers, bread and
chocolate to serve as
well.
We
can
either create an elegant display for
you on one of our
gorgeous slate trays, or we can
slice,
wrap and package your order for you
to display as
you wish.
We would be happy
to consult
with you on which meats or cheeses
we believe
would pair best with the wine you
choose to serve on
this weekend for no additional fee.
