We brought in some more of the Newsom's Ham since it seemed to be such a favorite over the holidays.

"A product widely known by many food editors and connoisseurs, this aged ham is among the last of its kind -- a "lost art" to which the commercialized methods of today cannot compare. The curing method was obtained from an old family will dating to the 1770s."

We have been slicing one in-store like a European Bone-in Jamon. Please come in to try a taste - you won't be disappointed. We also have one whole Ham avaible to a good home with healthy appetite or upcoming BIG GAME type party.

Did you know that we carry the best selection of high- end, loose leaf tea in town? We just received the new harvest of Royal Courtesean Oolong and Anxi Tikuanyin Oolong teas as well as a selection of free leaf teas: Carnation Green Tea and Jasmin White Tea. Also just in - the new harvest of White Dragon Pearls. Now is the perfect time of year to enjoy such a fantastic selection of teas.

If you haven't been in to check out our beer selection in a while - you need to come in! We just received some amazing Fantome beers.

The Fantome Noel is spiced with honey, caramel, coriander, black pepper, and other secret ingredients. "Beautifully warming with an amazing, almost overwhelming, depth of character. Well balanced bittersweet, fruity ale which must surely be the ultimate winter warmer."

We also make Miso soup in store everyday from Dashi (Japanese Soup Stock) that we make from scratch.

Sunday Gravy - Just like Mama used to make, a traditional east coast style red sauce simmered all day for that sweet, rich flavour.

St. Valentine's Day is almost here. We have a great selection of Champagne and sparkling wines for your special valentine's day celebration. We also will have a limited selection of soft rich cheeses for pairing with that bubbly. For a really exciting and romantic evening all you need is good wine and soft cheese...

Throughout the month of February, we will have a limited supply on hand of our Handmade Chocolate Truffles. These are made in-store and only a small amount will be made. If you have not yet tried our truffles, then you should. Come in early to get yours!
