Cheese Closet
For those of you who have paid us a visit since
Christmas, you witnessed how bare the shelves in our
cheese closet were! We were happily wiped out of
almost all of our cheese inventory over the holidays!
But, not to fret - the cheese closet is full once again.
Just today we recieved shipment of an array of cheese
for your enjoyment. Come pay the cheese closet a
visit!

We have been aging another Isle of Mull Cheddar
for a few months now and it is ready! We will be cutting
into this savored wheel on Saturday January 12, 2008
at 2:00 P.M. Come in and see us dispatch this minor
monstrosity, get a taste of a great artisanal product and
receive special pricing during the first hour. We don't
expect this wheel to last long so hurry in while it is truly
FRESH!
We only have this one wheel, and
once it is
gone that's it!
Come in and see how a large
wheel of
cheese is taken apart and sample a truly artisanal
product.
