The Las Rocas Garnacha 2005 is our Wine of the Month for January. If you liked the 2004, the 2005 is even better and at $12 a bottle the price is easy on the "after the holiday" pocket book. As with the 2004 we will be selling the 2005 Las Rocas for $120 a case, that is a savings of $2.00 a bottle! Come in and get some before it is all gone.

And for those of you that REALLY liked the Las Rocas we also have a limited supply of the Old Vines Garnacha 2005! This wine comes from vines that are minimum 70+ years old. This will disappear fast so hurry in before its too late.

We have been aging another Isle of Mull Cheddar for a few months now and it is ready. We will be cutting into this savored wheel on Saturday January 12, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. Come in and see us dispatch this minor monstrosity, get a taste of a great artisanal product and receive special pricing during the first hour. I don't expect this wheel to last long so hurry in while it is truly FRESH!

Or Olive Oil Bar is one step closer to fruition! We hope to have this open and available by end of the month. This will be something truely unique in Walla Walla, and maybe in the state! I won't say any more until we are ready to unvail this, but rest assured that you will be very excited.

The salt bar is full once again! We have stocked up on some of your favorite cooking and finishing salts as well as a great selection of salt-cellars to hold them in!

If you haven't been in the store during the week you are missing out on a well kept secret, we have been cooking. We are currently offering some hot meals during the week to have in-store or take back to the office. Selections change every week, so come in often. We also will be offering prepared food to take home to your family and guests. Some items that you might find is our "not yet world famous" macaroni and cheese, homemade Miso soup, and many other tasty treats.
