We have been busy at Salumiere
Cesario lately! We
have made it through our first summer, and want to
thank every one of you for your continued support
and much appreciated business.
We have
been working very hard in growing our inventory, and
would like to encourage you to keep reading to find
out what's new in the Grocery Bag this month!

Some of the new additions to our
Cheese
Closet this month are:
- Isle of Mull Cheddar from Scotland
- Authentic Mature Wensleydale from England
- Several New Blue Cheeses, including the Rogue
River Blue which is only made from the Autumnal
Equinox to the Winter Solstice each year
- Real Buffala Mozzarella from Italy - will only be in
stock until the end of Tomato season!
We are looking forward to bringing in some new
cheeses in the coming months as we change
seasons. Stop by and walk-in our Cheese Closet for
a taste!

We have some new Salumi to add to the board this
month:
- Toscano from Fra'mani
- Rosette de Lyon from Salumeria Billese
- Handmade Mortadella from Salumeria Billese
- Saucisson sec Basque from Salumiere Billese
And, we will soon be adding the
Nostrano from Fra'mani!

We have just brought in a bunch of new wine - far
too many to list! But, we can tell you where some of
the wines are from:
Italy
Spain
Australia
California
France (Including Sancerre, Chateauneuf du Pape
and Gigondas!)
We also just got in one of the greatest
American-made Belgium beers. The winner of several
awards at the American Beer Festival - Allagash.

We continue to work with local growers to
bring in some wonderful fresh produce from the Walla
Walla valley and beyond. This week, we will have for
a limited time only:
- Fresh Figs out of California
- Wild Chantrelle Mushrooms from just north of
Santa Barbara
- The best locally grown arugula (only for a few
more weeks!)
- Locally grown organic Yukon Gold Potatoes

Our first three Gustiamo Nights have been a great
success. Thank you to all who attended!
We will be taking a break from Gustiamo in
September. But don't fret! We have a lot of
fabulous events in the works for the last three
months of this year:

Olive Oil Tasting
Champagne and Sparkling Wine Tasting
Port Tasting
Walla Walla Wine Tastings
and more!!
We will send email announcements for each of our
