Gustiamo, in Italian, means "Let's Taste Together".
We hope that you are interested in joining us on
Thursday nights for some incredible pairings of wine,
cheese and salumi.
For our first Gustiamo
Thursday we’ve paired up with one of Walla Walla’s
oldest, and most respected wineries, Woodward
Canyon.
Woodward Canyon Winery
Woodward Canyon was founded in 1981 by Rick Small
and Darcy Fugman-Small. Rick has been making wine
for over twenty years and has a very deft hand at
crafting uncommonly subtle and understated wines of
great depth and complexity. We will be sampling six
of Woodward Canyon’s outstanding wines each
uniquely paired with cheese and/or hand crafted
salumi.
