April is the start of our fourth year of trading and we would like to take the opportunity to thank all our customers, large and small, for your business to date and we look forward to working with you over the next few years.

Legislation Update
Default Retirement Age (DRA) 
 
The Chancellor announced in the recent budget that the Government will shortly launch a formal consultation on reforming the Default Retirement Age (DRA).  
 
 
 
Legislation Update
Equality Bill approved for Royal Assent 
 
The House of Commons have approved the House of Lords' amendments to the Equality Bill and the Bill has therefore been passed for Royal Assent, which is expected shortly. It will then become the Equality Act 2010.

Half of Young Men want to use new Paternity Leave
 
Almost half (44 per cent) of men under 35-years-old who are living with a long-term partner say they are likely to take advantage of new flexible paternity leave, a survey has found.
