There will be a party at 6:30 p.m. followed by the screening at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $15 per person for the film and all proceeds will help Wiley directly.  Please plan on heading to the Wheeler for a great film in support of a worthy, talented athlete!
AVSC Supports Referendum 1A - the Pitkin County Healthy Community Fund
The Healthy Community Fund (HCF), a dedicated property tax in Pitkin County, has provided a stable source of funding to local non-profit organizations that offer critical health and human services and community resources to the residents and workers of Pitkin County since 2002. It sunsets in 2012 and Pitkin County voters are being asked this November to renew and increase the tax starting in 2013 for six years. Revenues from this tax won't be levied until 2013.

Aspen Valley Ski and Snowboard Club, along with with dozens of other great non-profits, has received critical support from this fund since its inception. The Healthy Community Fund supports programs that are dedicated to working together to strengthen the quality of life in Pitkin County.

HHS organizations cover everything from helping victims of domestic violence to immunizations to helping the disabled. CNP organizations including AVSC help provide everything from after-school programs, literacy programs, to protecting our natural resources.
