If you know Vito, you know he LOVES to cook. And frankly... he's really good at it! When the initial idea of throwing a HUGE Albergo Allegria 30th Birthday Party was discussed, it's no surprise his first comment was
"Let's make the menu!"
 
Among the Kitchen of Happiness breakfast chef's, there's a buzzing excitement about showcasing the Morning Menu flavors at the Inn's celebration on September 8th. "It's quite a logistical challenge to attempt to feature all of Albergo Allegria's culinary delights at one event", explains Marianna. "But, we've come up with a great solution. One portion of the party area will be dedicated to the "Taste of Happiness" - hor d'oeuvres inspired by the Inn's savory menu; another portion will showcase "Sweet Happiness" - flavors of the Inn's sweet breakfast choices, boasting Lenore's 'Top-That!' Waffle Bar", she continued. 
 
Lenore effervescently adds, "In addition to a variety of Belgium Waffle toppings, we're very excited about our partnership with 4 & 20 Bakers and really look forward to their culinary cupcake creations!"  
 
Make sure you register online for this stellar event. Each email registrant can add up to five friends. And, remember to PRINT everyone's tickets for their single access entry to the food area.
$300 Young Entrepreneurs Scholarship

In the sweet essence of creativity and vision that Vito and Lenore exercised in creating Albergo Allegira, we will be launching our Young Entrepreneur's Scholarship at the Inn's 30th Birthday Party on September, 8th.
 
Chef/Owner Chad Montgomery, will be mentoring several students who have a passion for baking as Albergo Allegria recognizes the value of business vision in the next generation. "We're excited to be launching our Young Entrepreneur's Scholarship at this milestone event", said Lenore. 4 & 20 Bakers and pupils will incorporate morning essentials into custom made signature mini "Cupcakes of Happiness". The inn features hand crafted artisan teas by D Botanical; and the innkeepers children sell Bean Wise Coffee, a custom blend of locally roasted coffee. "I'm excited to incorporate both these elements into our creations to further showcase the flavors of Albergo Allegria", Chad remarked.

It's been a Milestone Year all around! 

 

Due to popular response, we've archived past newsletter issues on our homepage; launching our first newsletter that announcedVito and Lenore Radelich's 50th Wedding Anniversary. 

 

Another recent family milestone was reached on August 8th. Leslie and Marianna Leman celebrated their 20th Wedding Anniversary as a family with their sons, eleven year old Justice, and nine year old Maximum.  Their overnight getaway included kayaking on Lake George and a day at Six Flags Great Escape.  

 

"Some people may think it's strange to celebrate a wedding anniversary as a family", Leslie remarked. "But we enjoy being with our boys and they enjoy our company. Our family time is valuable, and before we know it, they'll be grown men."
