If you live north of Hallandale Beach Blvd: take I-95 North to 595 West. Then I-75 South and exit at West Miramar Parkway. Drive about 1 mile on Miramar Parkway to SW 172nd Avenue. Turn right (North) on SW 172nd Avenue. Drive about ˝ mile to the hospital entrance on your right. Follow the signs to the Medical Office Building. Go to the 4th floor, Suite 416
