SEPTEMBER 2011

Greetings!

Picture 4

I would like to announce that we have a limited amount of Commercial Mortgage Money for Grade A- to B- mortgage loans. Our pricing ranges from 6% to 8% interest rate with a 2 point wholesale loan cost. This is for fully documented loans with a FICO score of 700 plus. Also, it is for Income producing and Owner User commercial properties.

We look most favorably on Purchase Transactions but will consider Cash Out Refinances to a maximum cash out of $50,000. Maximum loan amount is $1,000,000.

I know the Mortgage Market is challenging now. One thing I can promise you is a fast answer. So please call me and run the deal by me. I can tell you over the phone probably whether it is something we would be interested in.

Please contact me at 1(800)547-1285 extension 109. If you prefer, email me.

"Book of the Month" Review for September 2011

This month I have reviewed a book entitled The House of Cards by William D. Cohan. It is a Wall Street related Mortgage book that I think can be educational for Mortgage Brokers.

One of the benefits from reading these financial books is that it initiates thinking and creativity, at least that is what I have found. One of the discoveries I have made in reading about Wall Street and the Mortgage Market is the perspective from which Wall Street views the world. They look at the entire world as their market place. We, on the other hand, have a tendency to view our Mortgage Market locally.

Since 2007 and 2008, I don't think we can afford to view the real estate market as a local phenomenon. The finacial world has become so inter-connected that to not consider events in Europe may directly impact the Mortgage and Real Estate Market in, say, Arizona. At least it is something to think about.

I hope you get around to reading this book. As always, if there is a financial book you have enjoyed and learned from, please let me know.
