 Let's face it; no borrower wants to pay for a high interest rate and a high point mortgage. As a Mortgage Broker, you have surely encountered this situation where your borrower has told you he will not be insulted by paying hard mnoney terms. What do you do and what do you say?

 

This article will give you some insight into why it makes sense sometimes to arange a mortgage loan for your borrower that has a high interest rate and high points.

 

As a famous Wall Street investor once said when asked why he was paying 25% interest and 15 points to borrow money, "Son, what difference does it make what I pay for the money as long as I am going to make the profit I want by borrowing the money?"
