Subject: Mandatory Chancel (High School) Choir Handbook Meeting, Wednesday, September 19, 2012
Dear high school students and parents,
At the September Youth Committee meeting, a unanimous vote was made to approve the new Chancel Choir Handbook. If your student is planning on attending Choir Tour in June 2013, there will be a mandatory informational meeting for all parents and students next Wednesday at 7:30pm in F100B.
At this meeting, we will highlight changes made to the choir program this year, as well as clarify some existing procedures from recent years. Students will be dismissed at 8pm for choir practice. Then we will have a Q&A session for parents to discuss any content of the handbook. Members of the Youth Committee will be present.
Everyone from the Youth Committee has made valuable contributions to this project and I would like to thank them for their hard work in reaching the final product. We look forward to seeing you next week!
