Book your hotel today! Deadline for special RAA Room rate is FRIDAY, APRIL 20. Remember it is a violation of RAA policy to obtain a room outside of the RAA room block. Priority points will be affected if exhibiting companies do not utilize official RAA hotel(s).
**NEW THIS YEAR** Book a room to show your customers your latest products or train your customers on new technology! Rooms are available just outside the Exhibit Hall. Book a room and RAA will promote your activity in the Day 1 issue of Regional Horizons! Space is limited! For fees and set-up, please request a meeting form.
Exhibitor Services KitThese kits will contain information such as: exhibitor move-in and move-out hours, exhibitor rules & regulations, and order forms for your exhibit booth. Click here to access the kit.
Membership Dues must be paid before your company can be cleared to exhibit. Click here for renewal information. This does not apply to first time exhibitors who have elected to waive the membership fee as part of our first-time promotion. Booth Payments: Companies that still owe money for exhibit space should submit their payment as soon as possible. RAA accepts checks and wire transfer payments only.
Program Description: The 50-word program description is due by Friday, April 20, 2012. Please submit the program description form with your company description and correct spelling of your company. Download the form.

Exhibitor Registration is now open! If your contract was in prior to March 29, you should now be able to register for your badges.

Purchasing Forum Registration is still open for RAA Associate members.
On March 1, RAA began accepting applications for the 2012 Purchasing Forum both online and via email or fax.
The online form and paper form can be found here.
Remember meeting requests will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis. RAA will "date stamp" all materials received to facilitate the process. Only registration forms received with completed contracts and exhibitor fees will be considered "received" by RAA. Associate Member Dues must be paid before your application will be considered. First-time exhibitors taking advantage of the promo that waives the membership requirement will NOT be eligible to participate in the Purchasing Forum unless they become members.
