Purchasing Forum registration begins March 1.
On March 1, RAA will begin accepting applications for the 2012 Purchasing Forum both online and via email or fax.
Forms received prior to March 1 will not be accepted. The online form and paper form will be available here on Wednesday February 29. An email reminder will also be sent out with an attachment. Remember meeting requests will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis. RAA will "date stamp" all materials received to facilitate the process. Only registration forms received with completed contracts and exhibitor fees will be considered "received" by RAA. Associate Member Dues must be paid before your application will be considered. First-time exhibitors taking advantage of the promo that waives the membership requirement will NOT be eligible to participate in the Purchasing Forum unless they become members.
Exhibitor Services Kits from FREEMAN- COMING NEXT WEEK!
Exhibitor Kits: Exhibitor Kits will be coming out next week directly from Freeman. These kits will contain information such as: exhibitor move-in and move-out hours, exhibitor rules & regulations, and order forms for your exhibit booth.
