Interested in participating in the Open Forums during the show? Check your area of interest during registration and read more here. Anyone attending the RAA Convention must have a badge to enter the exhibit hall or attend RAA meetings. Please read the Official Rules and Regulations for more information.

Exhibitor Registration- The Basics
- All Exhibitors receive a minimum of (3) Complimentary Registrations + 1 Evening Event Celebration ticket. Additional badges are accumulated at certain sponsorship levels.
- Exhibiting companies must register their booth personnel as a group and contact registration directly to make changes after initial registration.
- The main exhibit contact will receive a special email with a password to use on the exhibitor Registration page. Please make sure your you add raameetings@raa.org to your safe list so that these emails do not go in your spam folder.
- There is no penalty to change names as we get closer to the show.

What if I have already registered and want to add golf, add an exhibitor registration or purchase additional evening event tickets?
It's easy- just call Registration at (972) 943-4793 and someone will assist you. Please note that any change in registration that requires a payment must be made over the phone.
