Dear Exhibitor,
Thank you for exhibiting at the upcoming Regional Airline Association (RAA) Convention in Nashville, May 16-19. The Associate Member Council (AMC) is looking forward to working together towards a successful and rewarding show for all attendees.
As you know, RAA's AMC represents nearly 200 aviation suppliers partnered with regional airlines. Our Charter calls for us to participate in the development, planning and execution of the objectives of RAA, including the importance of education for the future of regional aviation.
Through the established Scholarship Fund, geared for students focused on the study of aviation, the AMC has been able to provide financial support for dozens of deserving students who have the hope and enthusiasm of entering the aviation industry. The recipients of the annual scholarship award are even more in need this year with the harsh economic challenges that these students and their families face. Even the slightest help that the associate members can offer through the supplement of tuition or book fees can allow a student to continue their education. The future of our workforce depends on the investment we make today.
Towards this goal, this year's RAA Convention will feature a silent auction and golf raffle event with all proceeds to benefit the Scholarship Fund. The AMC is looking towards the Board of Directors, Presidents Council and Associate Members for the support of items to feature at this event and will advertise the donor sponsorship throughout the Convention. Any assistance that you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks again for the effort and recognized value that the individual donations will make to the Scholarship Fund, and the benefit they can bring to a student's educational, and eventual, career path.
