These winter storms are wreaking havoc for everyone!  Never mind all the back breaking shoveling and de-icing we've all had to do, but our produce is frozen!!  The South has been sufferring with a deep freeze for the past few months.  Thus, our fantastic organic produce is taking a hit!  :(  We've recently had a "drought" (so to speak) with organic spring mix.  We've been out of basil for 7 weeks now.  Because of this weather, we're now unable to get organic spring mix and basil.  We keep trying, but it's just not available. 

We could substitute with conventional produce, but we won't.  We believe in the health benefits of eating organic and we're not willing to sacrifice our integrity just to make a buck.  So, for now - we don't have any salads or basil until the weather changes. We hope you can appreciate this.

(* Guess you'll have to eat more veggie pizzas. LOL)
