Seriously though, we want to provide you with the healthiest, best tasting food possible! Our flour (the main part of your pizza!) is 100% ORGANIC. Other flours are bleached and bromated. This means chemicals are added to "enhance" your flour's performance. Because of this process, however; both ingredients are linked to certain types of cancers. Some countries even ban the use of bromate (but not the US)!

Even our soda is All Natural. We use Boylan's Bottled Beverages. While other bottling companies have switched to using the more cost effective (cheaper) sweetner of corn syrup, Boylan continues to use the old-time recipes that call for pure cane sugar. Thus, enhancing the soda's natural flavors rather than leaving a syrupy after taste. And, they don't use any artificial sweetners, flavorings, or preservatives. You get all natural sweetness in every glass of Boylan soda. |

On October 17th Michael and I got married at Mohonk. An entire year has already passed since that freezing cold fabulous day! We've been very busy this past year and decided that every year we are going to relax and enjoy our anniversary. So, every year we will be closed on October 17th & 18th so we can get away for a bit and celebrate our wedding anniversary together! We're very excited!
