Dear Beer Lover,
Whew we got through the Holidays! With Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years over we finally have a second to breathe. We hope all of you had a successful Holiday season and look forward to starting the New Year with you. Sometimes January can seem a little slow with dark days and the massive amounts of snow we have been getting, but just stick in there, we still have two of the biggest beer consumption days ahead of us just around the corner: the Super Bowl and St. Patricks Day! Hope you are staying warm out there or are lucky enough to have an electic car starter...
Cheers!
Your Friends at J.J. Taylor

was but a glimmer in his eye. Or basement. For Jeff Lebesch would return to Fort Collins with a handful of ingredients and an imagination full of recipes.
And then there was beer. (read on)
