DON'T MISS THE FUN... 31ST ANNUAL COTATI JAZZ FESTIVAL - FREE! Sat. 6/18, 12 noon - 7 pm. La Plaza Park and downtown venues 31 YEARS!!!! That's a good run!! Organized by the Cotati Chamber of Commerce, the Cotati Jazz Festival has been growing a little larger each year. It is not our goal to become a huge, multi-media spectacle. This is a community jazz festival that encourages you to bring the kids, your parents, a blanket and enjoy a day surrounded by music, dancing, food, and art. It is about as cool as the other side of the pillow. The bands that we have chosen are guaranteed to lift you hearts and transport you to a mellow place... and all for FREE! This festival celebrates community!! It is a labor of love by all those involved: Jami Brady, Vicki Dougan, Suzanne Whipple, John Allred, Mario Lewin, Peggy Ary, and André Morrow. This team has been together for quite a while, all volunteering to make the day as perfect as possible for the guests, musicians, and the public. So grab a hay bale or a blanket, buy yourself a glass of ummmm-good wine OR cold beer, sample the fantastic foods all around you, and have a great time in Cotati.
