PROJECT GRADUATION OPEN HOUSE Distinguished members of the Rohnert Park City Council, Cotati City Council and other business leaders in our community. You are cordially invited to drop-in during the final stages of this year's Rancho Cotati High School's Project Graduation event. On Thursday, June 2 from 7:00 - 8:00 pm, we are hosting an Open House so community leaders can have a sneak peak at the all-night drug-, alcohol- and tobacco-free event we put on for the graduating seniors from Rancho Cotate, Tech High, Phoenix and El Camino High Schools. This will be my 5th and final year as President, but I know the tradition will live on. For over 20 years, this event has yielded at least one safe night for graduates, and county-wide, has resulted in no drug or alcohol related death of our graduates. We provide this $35,000 party in large part due to your assistance and generosity. We are carrying on our tradition of throwing this party complete with an outdoor carnival, free door prizes for every child (e.g. microwaves, blenders, cameras, tool kits, etc.), food from local restaurants, a rock climbing wall, slot machines, card tables, a beauty room where hair styling, (temporary) tattoos and manicures are available, a DJ with large video screens, caricature artist, wandering magician, a 2-hour hypnotist show and much more. I really want to again thank the Rohnert Park City Council for waiving the fees for the use of the Callinan Sports Center and the Community Center for this year's event. We can rest more peacefully knowing these kids have a safe place for this one evening, including my graduating daughter this year! Please join us if you can. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me via email ([email protected]) or at home at 664-0598. Sincerely, John A. Dell'Osso & Summer KeithCo-Presidents, RCHS Project Grad
