Two new complexes in Central Lonsdale!

                                                    The "Serta sampleLocal on Lonsdale" will be located on the current site of the Extra foods at 17th and Lonsdale. Antham Properties has designed a 20 storey single tower and 6 storey podium along with commercial space.
  
 "Anderson Walk" is the latest offering from Polygon properties and will be located on the former Lonsdale School site at 22nd and Lonsdale. Sales are expected to beging in September with completion expected to be completed in the Spring of 2010.

Interest Rates!

The interest rate for 5 year term mortages has taken another drop in recent weeks with rates available from 3.89%. The prime rate currently sits at 2.50% and you can get a variable rate mortgage at prime -.60%. Rates are based on individual client qualification and may vary. Ask your mortgage professional what might be best for you.
