Fitness Fever from Washburn County has had a busy summer, earning a total of 3740 points to take first place at the checkpoint. Congratulations to Michelle Jepson, Tom Miller, Lori Bina, Kiko Murphy, Donna Dohm, Kathy Fabert, Brigitte Hanson and Brad Jepson!!  

We have 5 weeks left, so keep up the enthusiasm and see how close you can get to the first place spot!  

Each member of Fitness Fever will receive a body composition scale that measures body fat, hydration, muscle and bone mass.  This is a great tool to track your success.
