Labor Day weekend is here, school has started and the summer season is starting to wind down.  Your Town Council is staying busy with four meetings in September (see below).  Town Staff remains busy, vigilantly monitoring the weather, daily, as we navigate through the height of the hurricane season for our area.  If you are not already ready, please take time now to get your plans in place.

Holiday Garbage Collection Schedule

Household Garbage:  Wed (Sept 5th) & Sat (Sept 8th)
Bulk/Yard Debris & Recycling: Thurs (Sept 6th)

Beginning Sept 12th, "Winter" trash collection schedule resumes with once/week household garbage collection (Tuesdays).

Remember roll-out carts are curbside by 7:00AM and rolled back by 7:00PM.

Conservation Crawl A Success
We had strong turnout at the August 25th "Conservation Crawl," a progressive educational event where participants would journey to three "stations" for conservation lectures and tours.
