The deadline is approaching for Town Board & Commission applications (August 2nd).  Please consider applying-there are vacancies on all Boards (details below).  We need your voice and energy! 

Construction on the Stith Park tennis and basketball courts begins soon - Monday, August 6th. The three courts and large play toy will be closed for approximately 90 days but the "Tot Lot" will remain open.  Thank you for your patience as we work to enhance the Park courts!

Pool Information

SCE&G/SCANA has graciously extended the use of the Sand Dunes Pool for Island residents.  Pool hours are Wednesday-Friday from 12Noon-8PM.  Fee is $2/person per visit.

Saltwater Classic Charity Fishing Tournament

August 3-4, 2012 (Friday & Saturday) 

Bring the family for WEIGH-IN on Saturday (3-5PM).  Bleachers and tent will be available; golf carts welcome.

 

Conservation Crawl

August 25, 2012 (Saturday)

1:30PM - 4:30PM

Check-in 1:30PM at Fish Fry Shack

 

A very educational progressive with visits to three sites for conservation lectures and presentations.  More information on this Town sponsored event coming soon!

Tennis Court (Before 2011) Tennis & Basketball Courts Refurbishment 
Stith Park, 2050 Middle Street
Courts will close for construction on Monday, August 6, 2012 for ninety (90) days (approximately).
