The 4-week old calico kitten we found blind from infection and in such desperate need of care last issue found foster care with a volunteer from Bobbi & The Strays. Thanks to the efforts of our good friend Penny, forwarding and posting our urgent bulletin far and wide, a place for this poor baby was found in the nick of time. (continued...) |

Are there cat ghosts? Do the spirits of our deceased pets continue on after death as many believe our own souls do? Many who have lost a beloved cat can tell a tale of that cat's spirit returning from the other side to visit... days, weeks, months, sometimes years after their passing. Sometimes once only to say goodbye, sometimes frequently over many years.

Wallace and Gromit, The Curse of the Were-Rabbit
A vegetarian horror film. Hands down, and by a large margin, this is the most ingenious, most entertaining, most adorable animated film I have ever seen. One can't overstate the greatness of this movie. If you haven't seen it yet, RUN as fast as you can to the DVD store. Or click here to put it on your Netflix NOW.
