This year is proving to be exceptional and productive for LESI - Law Enforcement Services, Inc. Our Founder, Michael J. Cuttler, Ph.D. has been hard at work on behalf of Police and Public Safety Psychology. He has been recognized by the American Psychological Association for innovative practices in public safety pre-employment screening. In addition, IACP has relied upon Dr. Cuttler's expertise and experience to assist in reviewing and revising the IACP Pre-employment and Fitness for Duty Guidelines.

American Psychological Association (APA) features Dr. Cuttler in the June issue of the APA Monitor as one of the premier innovators in development of pre-employment assessment tools for law enforcement and public safety (View Article Here).
Michael J. Cuttler, Ph.D. Founder and Director of LESI continues to be a key player in the development of the revised guidelines for pre-employment assessment and fitness for duty with IACP.
