We extend our deepest THANKS to those of you who have participated in the POLISH THE JEWEL: Hands On Volunteer Weekend for Talladega College over the years. This year, 2011, is our FIFTH year. The generous contributions of your time, energy, supplies, words of encouragement, sweat equity, and/or funds towards the weekend have helped to make the event a success since 2007.

It is PTJ time once again. We hope that you will be able to support PTJ this year on some way. We are asking for your help to make this the most successful PTJ ever.

Here are the highlights of PTJ 2011:
DATE: April 8-10, 2011 FIFTH ANNUAL TC POLISH THE JEWEL
PROJECT: This year's PTJ project includes:
- Painting the brick wall around the Silsby Field (field behind Crawford Hall):
- Painting a CUSTOMIZED Talladega College Design along one wall
- Painting All Outside Walls
- Painting All Inside Wall (if funding is secured)
- Light Landscaping
