for Suzuki's entire DR-Z400 lineup: the SM-designated Supermoto, S-model
dual-sporter and the dirt-only DR-Z400.
These radiators
keep Dr. Z's do-it-all Thumper motor properly cooled in less-than-optimal
conditions that can lead to overheating, short-term power loss, premature oil
breakdown or worse.
These beefy
units were developed to enhance low-air-flow riding conditions and provide

Constructed from aircraft-quality aluminum, structural improvements include
thicker materials throughout, a CNC-machined billet filler neck, beaded hose
connections for leak-proof sealing and a stainless-steel radiator cap rated at
16 lbs. These components are held together with beefy TIG welds to withstand
extreme conditions and produce a crash survival rate far exceeding the OEM parts.

side, they cost less, too. All come with a one-year warranty and install easily
(even with aftermarket fuel tanks), utilizing the
factory mounts and hardware. The SM-specific application has cooling-fan
mounts on the left-side radiator and a threaded fitting on right-side radiator
for the motor's fan switch.
