Shared Spending Accounts
Do you need a way to control a user's spending? How about an entire group of users spending pulling from one fund? DB Enterprise currently offers a way to control a user's spending through the Spending Accounts feature. We now offer the ability for a group of users to share/pull from a single fund. Both spending account options, standard and the new shared account, can run perpetually or for a specified period of time and it can be defined to control spending on specific items or catalogs. Users can view the spending accounts they have access to, as well as the balances available to them on those accounts. For shared accounts, each debit and credit will state each order used towards the account, the user, dollar amount and date placed. This is located under the My Spending Accounts tab within their My Account area.
