Are you looking for an easier way to manage your item level quantity and frequency alerts?

 

Once hidden within the Favorite Items feature, the Item Alerts feature has moved out to its own independent navigation tab. This allows ease of access to the end user to create and manage new and existing alerts without having to first make them "favorite items".

 

Quantity-based alerts can be set up for inventory/stock items where the item falls below OR has risen above a certain level.

 

Frequency-based alerts can be set up and used to remind a user to order/reorder an item. The frequency for these alerts can be defined as: annually, monthly, quarterly or semi-annual.

 

The alert will be sent to your default e-mail address, and also to any contact methods you have setup in your My Account area. Customer administrators have the option to share alerts with other groups of users. Shared alerts will be delivered by the way of users default e-mail address.
