DB Distributor has always had parameters to determine on a state by state basis if freight should be taxable.  

There are some taxing jurisdictions where regulations provide for freight to be tax free if all of the products on the invoice are non taxable.    

DB Distributor now has a parameter in the sales tax code file to provide for this regulatory provision.
