DB Enterprise Provides Enhanced Support for Store or Location
Profiles
DB Enterprise has added administrative and user interfaces that provide for the creation and maintenance of store, location or general user profiles.
When a restaurant, store or location manager accesses DB Enterprise, they may be prompted to update their profile. The administrator will have provided a number of questions for the user to answer. Each question can have one or more images to illustrate exactly what is being asked.
For example, an owner of a restaurant franchise might be asked to provide details regarding the signage in their Drive-Thru area or about the number and type of tent cards on their tables. A bank location might be reporting on the posters in their waiting area.
The ultimate goal of this functionality is to collect, report and even export the aggregate needs when new marketing campaigns are launched.
