About Us:
Matrix Imaging Solutions Inc. was founded in 1988. Matrix has been providing document processing services (printing and mailing of transactional documents, such as utility bills, statements and invoices, and collection letters) since 1991 and has focused on providing state-of-the-art solutions for all our client's document processing requirements. Matrix currently operates two processing facilities, Sanborn, NY and San Antonio, TX with a dedicated staff of 87 full time employees. These two locations average approximately 11.5 million documents per month (printing and mailing), from a customer base of over 430 clients.
Services:
Matrix Imaging Solutions services include layout and design, printing and all aspects of document processing and mailing services. Our strength in programming & data processing offers clients attractive options to in-house document processing without significant impact on current operating systems. The normal processing time is 24-48 hours "in the mail" from receipt of data and they mail at First Class Automated Bar Code Rates. In addition, we offer Electronic Delivery and Payment (EBPP) and Archiving solutions. Matrix operates an on-site print shop which enables us to not only print custom pre-printed forms but also provide any full color commercial and promotional print needs of our clients.
