New
Document Type for Image Library
In
an effort to eliminate the need for one of the most dreaded chores, filing,
DemandBridge created the DB Image Library. This program captures all of
the documents and journals that DemandBridge creates and indexes them to the
transactions to which they relate. External documents can be imported or
scanned and indexed as well. In addition to greatly reducing the need for
filing, the DB Image Library also puts all of these digital files at your fingertips
so that you spend less time searching for documents. It also allows you
to regain your valuable office space where areas were previously committed to
file cabinets.
A
new document type, Customer Tax Exempt Certificate, has been added to the list
of documents that can be scanned and indexed. This brings the total of
different external document types to sixteen (see drop list). A list of
the Electronic Forms and Accounting Journals that are automatically captured
and indexed is also shown.
