Definable Labels for Image Library Documents
A
new field "Version Label" has been added to the Image Library
Parameters. These new labels are user definable and can help you identify
a particular version of a document when multiple copies are output and updated
to the Image Library files.
For
instance, if you have one version of the Purchase Order that is designed for the
Vendor and another version that is the Salesperson copy, you will be able to
label them as such. At the time of the update, these new labels will be
written to the Image Library File, and in the View Images Panel, you will be
able to clearly identify which document is which.
