Now Supports e-mailing to Individual Plant Locations

Distributor now provides for RFQ's to be sent to specified Plant Locations.
This option is elected by a new RFQ system parameter. If
activated, RFQ's containing a plant location will be checked to see if there is
an e-mail available for that location. If one exists, it will be used in
lieu of the vendor's primary e-mail address or the Plant fax number.
