Issue #39                       November 2011

Greetings!

Now that Summer Time has ended, and the days are getting shorter, sometimes we can feel a bit down.  Trying to keep busy is one way to overcome this and to fill up the longer evenings.  Try as I might to help my daughter organize her upcoming 15th birthday party she is resisting.  Thankfully I have some events of my own to keep me busy.

Another solution is the Bach Flower Remedies, which are a natural way to lift 'our spirits', one that  comes to mind is Wild Rose.  Read on to find out more...

Wild Rose

 Wild Rose

Life is stale and boring, there is no point trying to make an effort anymore. It is no use.  My-get-up and go, got up and went.  Being stuck in a rut is not so bad once you get used to it.  I will just "ride out the waves" and put up with things. You never know, things might change with time.

Today, after taking some Wild Rose, I'm on top of the world, feeling refreshed and recharged like a jump started dead car battery. It's time to get out there and see what opportunities are lurking around the corner.  Farewell, stale boring life. Hello world. I am back and rearing to go. Isn't life fantastic!

The beautiful Wild English Rose so fragrant bringing a sweet smell for those walking by. Such a subtle shade of powder pink, that looks so gentle but yet so hardy.

Comments from students...

"Thank you for a fabulous weekend!"

"The course has a lot of information but for some reason does not become tedious. Sarah is very nice, uses a lot examples and incorporates students into discussion, which make the learning process much easier."
