Issue #37                        September 2011

Greetings!

Today is the last day of the Summer Holidays, 11 weeks have come and gone.  I asked my daughter this morning what the highlight was and she said going to Paris and climbing up the Eiffel Tower.  Now our trip to England seems like a distant memory just the photos to show for it.

Tomorrow it is back to a routine, no more sleep-ins, or lazy days with no agenda, and the final year for my son at High School.  It only seems like yesterday that I waved him off to Kindergarten and received a teary phone call. (Wish I had the remedies back then!)

New Beginnings...

How do you feel about the prospect of waving your kids off to whatever is the new chapter of their lives, whether it is a new grade/school/leaving home etc?  Do you have the jitters or are you looking forward to having a jig down the street with joy?

However you are feeling find a solution with the 38 remedies...

Feeling fearful?Aspen is the remedy for fears and anxiety, when you are unsure of what could happen, those niggling anxious feelings that seem to pop up from time to time. Apprehension is replaced by a trust in the unknown/fearlessness.  Mimulus assists with known fears, providing one with  a bravery and the courage to face fears head on.

Feeling apprehensive, inadequate and/or lacking self-confidence?    Larch helps to provide the confidence and self-esteem to get the task done, unworried about success or failure.

It is rather a shock to the system to get used to  a new situation (school/job etc). Walnut is the  remedy that can help you adjust to change  (different stages of life) and protect you from outside influences.

Not used to getting up early, and suffering from tiredness/procrastination/Monday-morning feeling? Hornbeam can assist with renewed energy and an interest in life.

Rescue Remedy  can be used for demanding and stressful situations.  If you are fearful, confused, or even in terror, Rescue Remedy will help you face the situation in a better frame of mind. Rescue Remedy is especially useful before a stressful event, such as the first day of school, helping to reduce fear and nervousness.

And for parents with the jitters... Red Chestnut is the remedy that can help you to remain cool, calm, and confident  that everything will work out well (with rational concern).

There are 38 remedies to choose from, which can be combined 6/7 at a time, and custom blended for what ever is going on in your life. They work subtly by bringing out the positive qualities that are already in you.

Now are you ready to do a jig?
