Greetings!
Spring is in the air! Well I am hoping that the last blast of snow was last week. The crocuses and Iris are in flower, and many more bulbs are beginning to pop up. Such a lovely time of year.
Sometimes, life can be stale and boring, this is when the Bach flowers can help to revive us and give us a tonic to getting back on track. Just like the beauty of spring, a fresh new season of (plant) growth.
I am pleased to be able to offer some more Level One courses, in Nanaimo (May), and Vancouver (October) - see below for more details...

Wild Rose...
 Taken from 'Bach Flower Reflections'
Life is stale and boring. There is no point trying to make an effort anymore. It is no use. My get-up-and go, got up and went. Being stuck in a rut is not so bad once you get used to it. I will just "ride out the waves" and put up with things. You never know, things might change with time. Today, after taking some Wild Rose, I'm on top of the world, feeling refreshed and recharged like a jump started dead car battery. It's time to get out there and see what opportunities are lurking around the corner. Farewell, stale boring life. Hello, world I am back and rearing to go. Isn't life fantastic!
