Greetings!

Happy Valentine's Day!

Ah, yes to the retail industry a 'holiday', and no one could possibly forget about it.  Entering stores you are bombarded with pink and red, flowers and chocolates galore. I must say I am looking forward to some chocolates tonight.  That reminds me I should find the photo of my red roses that I was given 15 years ago!

Feeling disappointed take some Gentian!

Last weekend I finished teaching my first Level One course.  Initially it seemed a daunting task teaching for two full days, but the remedies came through for me.  I enjoyed the experience and was honored to be able to teach them all about Dr. Bach and his wonderful system of healing.

Feature remedy....

Hornbeam...

Another wet and windy day on the West Coast, and it is hard to get motivated and do anything. It is nice and cozy sitting by the fire in the living room sipping hot tea and eating chocolate cookies.

Ah, I manage to get up and take a few drops of Hornbeam and hay presto manage to get the housework done, and once the rain stopped some pine cone raking done.

Hornbeam is for weariness, mental rather than physical; for those who wake up doubting to face the day's work - lacking enthusiasm and may procrastinate.

The positive potential being the strength and ability to face the day - a lively mind, vitality and spontaneity are restored. The day's work can be faced with energy and a clear head, and is properly balanced with play.
