Seasonal Stress Solutions... This time of year can be stressful, with all that has to be done, frantically trying to think of what to buy for gifts, spending money like water, and to cap it all the weather can get you down (snow/rain etc).
Thankfully over 70 years ago Dr. Bach came up with some solutions - the Bach Flower Remedies, and his crisis combination Rescue Remedy.
So when things are getting totally out of hand, simply take 2 sprays or 4 drops of Rescue Remedy and equilibrium with return putting you back in control. Leaving you feeling - peaceful, focused, patient, calm and composed. Alas, it will not do the shopping for your or cook the turkey, but will assist you with everything you need to do in a festive frame of mind and not frantic.
Also... Relax - Take 10 deep breaths. Inhale deeply and exhale slowly Exercise - do some simple yoga exercises or simply go for a short walk Smile - think of a happy time Calm - let your imagination take you to a calm and tranquil serene place Use a lunch break - Take time out for yourself Escape. If you can walk away. Removing yourself from a stressful situation can give you time to restore some perspective For a list of the 38 remedies and their indications - 38 remedies
