Issue #18                          February 2010
Greetings!

Wow, this year seems to be whizzing by, and it is February already.  The 'love' month with Valentine's Day looming around the corner - and the question is what will we receive from our loved ones this year?  Could it be the usual box of chocolates, or if  you are lucky (with enough hints) some flowers perhaps? Please no more soup recipe books!  This year I suggested a communal box of chocolates - so no disappointment (Gentian).

For those who want to give something with a difference, a gift that keeps giving, how about Rescue Remedy to keep our loved one, calm, cool and collected - Don't delay order some today!

Bach Flower ReflectionsSpring cleaning solutions...

Spring seems to have come early this year, it is only the end of January and the crocus and daffodils are poking up, and the days are getting longer.

With the brighter days and the sun shining into the living room, alas it shows up all the dust and consequently the need for a good spring clean.

Yes, the Bach Flower Remedies can help with giving you the motivation to get on and do a minor or major clean up and some de-cluttering.

Hornbeam comes to mind, pushing the procrastination away and bringing with it renewed energy to get the task at hand done. Overwhelmed by the whole process ahead or indecisive of where to start or how to go about getting things done? Elm assists with the ability to put things into perspective, and Scleranthus helps to provide decisive quick decisions with no dilemmas.

For some this process of spring-cleaning is a 'one off' or a chore that gets occasionally done. For those who clean obsessively try some Crab Apple to put cleanliness into perspective.

Now sit back and enjoy your nice clean house.
