Greetings!
It is the beginning of October and Fall has started off with a good note here on the West Coast. Beautiful warm sunny days, and the trees are showing off their magnificent colours.
Now that the children are settled in at school, we have an opportunity to get back on track with any projects that we have been keeping on hold. I have started to write my book on the Bach Flowers again after a long break. More news on that next month.
With family and work responsibilities we tend to forget about ourselves, and deserve some 'me time'. Taking time for ourselves to unwind and to think of #1 for a change.

The benefits of a Bach Flower Consultation
T he purpose of a consultation with
a trained Bach Flower Practitioner is to have a one-one (preferably face to face)
meeting to discuss what is going on in the client's world and to determine which
remedies are required at that time. The role of the Practitioner is to be their
guide and listen to what they have to say, and then make suggestions as to
which remedies can assist.
The client is no way obligated to
take those particular remedies, and has an opportunity to go through a chart or
book to see what jumps out at them. The
Practitioner explains the implications of each remedy and how it fits in with
their particular situation.
Remedies can also be self-selected
by the client as they are a simple system of self-healing, in which Dr. Bach
intended. However, sometimes it is
beneficial to discuss with someone else what their current situation is so they
can 'get it off their chest' in a confidential, quiet and tranquil
setting. This can start off the healing
process.
This can be summed up from an email
I received from a client's mother after I did a consultation over
the phone and then sent the remedies to them.
