Due to increasing costs from our suppliers we had to change our policy for the Frequent Fiber Club. We will no longer be able to offer the Frequent Fiber Club discount on items that are on sale.
Our last newsletter listed the Merging Colors kits as a featured item. One of our customers misinterpreted this to mean that the kits were on sale. They were not. However, since we pride ourselves on our high level of customer service and satisfaction, we will offer all of those kits at a sale price of 10% off through the end of April.
We hope you're able to take advantage of this discounted price and apologize for any confusion. In the future, our newsletters will have clearly identified separate sections for new items, featured items and sale items.
