It has been a while since you received a copy of Hospitality Assured Matters! So apologies but we like to think it is because Hospitality Assured does matter. Since we announced the changes to the standard in November which included the revised Nine Step Standard, as well as the revised options available for assessed clients, we have been working on the resources required to support the changes and on talking to those clients who were due for assessment at the start of the year.

 | Nine Months & Nine Steps

It is hard to believe that there are only nine months left of 2011...what happened? The number nine of course inevitably leads to the new nine step Hospitality Assured standard. Hopefully you are already aware that the standard now comprises of nine steps and forty four criteria which sounds promising.....as reduction from the ten step and forty nine criteria.
