Greetings!
A new year is always about fresh starts; some big, some small, some unplanned and others requiring preparation. Whatever you have in mind for 2011 - whether it is advancing into a new job, moving to a different area of the hospitality sector or getting some new management skills through further education - the Institute can help.

This edition of Know-how also features information on the removal of the default retirement age (DRA) and its effect on hospitality employees and businesses.

As always, Institute members who read Know-how or use the suggested CPD-qualifying resources with the orange check mark should add any CPD hours to the members' CPD tool.

Sincerely,

Professional Development Services
Institute of Hospitality
