The Institute of Hospitality is delighted to be demonstrating its ongoing commitment to professional development and raising standards by sponsoring two prestigious education awards this year.
The Catey Education and Training Award goes to individuals who have demonstrated an innovative approach to continuous learning with particular regard to the needs of the hospitality industry in the UK. Past winners include Michael Coaker, Senior Lecturer in Culinary Arts, Thames Valley University, and Julia Sibley, Chief Executive, The Savoy Educational Trust. .

Our warmest congratulations go to Robert Newell CVO FIH and Robyn Jones OBE FIH, two Fellows of the Institute of Hospitality who were recognised in the New Year Honours List.
Newell has been Director General of the Royal Overseas League (ROSL) for 20 years and Jones is the Chief Executive and Co-Founder of catering firm CH&Co, formerly known as Charlton House Catering Services.
